This lovely 5 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the Highgate section of Legacy Park. Upon entering the home, the large rooms and the openness will welcome your family for the vacation of a lifetime.
A large family room with a flat screen tv and the fully supplied kitchen with breakfast nook will allow everyone to get together for some quality family time. Located off the family room is the large pool with spa which is heatable. Take some time off from the attractions and enjoy the Florida sun. Get the family in the game room for a game of pool or fooseball.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs and the three, including the large king master suite, are upstairs. In the open area upstairs, there is a cozy sitting area to enjoy some quiet time-maybe reading a good book. This home is perfect for everyone and will meet all of your expectations. This wonderful 5 bedroom home has just what you need. The large formal dining room allows you to have those large family dinners so join us on holidays and celebrate. For the quick breakfast, fix that in your fully supplied kitchen right off the family room with large flat screened tv. Enjoy the morning with a great cup of coffee or tea and sit out by the pool and watch the sun come up.
Two bedrooms are downstairs, which include a full sized bed and the other has two twins. Upstairs, there is the large king master ensuite along with a queen room and a twin room. All bedrooms have tv's to allow everyone to enjoy their own shows. The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, all towels, sheets, etc. The game room is located off the laundry room and has a pool table and fooseball. Have fun and you don't even have to leave the house!!
Free local calls and wifi are also included. The pool, in the colder months, is heatable for an additional daily fee.

Legacy Park is a lovely gated community with a tennis court and children's playground. Legacy Park is conveniently located just 20-25 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. Shopping is very nearby and also restaurants and shopping. Orlando International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away and other Central Florida Attractions are just a short drive of 30 minutes. The resort enjoys a great location near Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida to access all the theme parks and coastal resorts, and also Hwy 192.
