Located in Sandy Ridge, this lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just what your family will desire to spend their vacation in sunny Florida.
Upon entering the home, you will see one large living room and a large family room with a flat screened tv. The kitchen is located right off the family room for easy access to the dining room and the pool area. There are also laundry facilities off of the kitchen.
The pool is south facing which will allow you to enjoy the sun most of the day. The pool is heatable in the winter months. Getting tired of the sun? Go right into the house and enjoy the game room which has a pool table, fooseball, and air hockey. There is also a tv in the game room so not a program will be missed. Close by, for those nights out, there are restaurants, grocery stores, and of course, close to all the theme parks.

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the Interstate 4, giving access to Walt Disney World, only a ten minute drive. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.
The Champions Gate development is just five minutes drive away and here you will find several restaurants, Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, two gas stations, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses
